Obituary of Sean Matthew Robert Norfolk

Sean Matthew Robert Norfolk, 37, of Philadelphia, PA, formerly of Waretown, NJ, passed away at home on November 28, 2024, with Anna by his side. Born in Lakewood, NJ, Sean grew up in Waretown before settling in Philadelphia for 14 years. In Philadelphia, Sean worked as a Sous Chef at The Fillmore. Sean is survived by his fiancé of 12 years, Anna Cavalie, as well as their loving pets Bubby, John Rambo, and Betty Spaghetti. He is also survived by Anna’s parents, Pedro Cavalie, and Ana Cavalie, as well as her sister, Andy Cavalie, brother-in-law, Connor Cercone, and youngest sister, Nicky Cavalie. Sean is also survived by his parents, Trudy and Baron Giberson, his brothers, Ian and Evan (Sasha) Giberson, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and coworkers. He is predeceased by his father, Robert Norfolk, and grandfather, Frank Naclerio. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 3pm- 5pm, at Polhemus Cremation Services, 203 Main Street, West Creek, NJ 08092. In addition, a Celebration of Life will be held in Philadelphia, PA, on Sunday, December 22, 2024, from 2pm-4pm, at Tattooed Mom, 530 South Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19147.
