To my honorary older brother that I always wanted but never had growing up, thank you for the countless memories and inside jokes, that will live on in the stories I will tell for the rest of my life. Thank you for always looking out for me and for always being there when I needed you. I will miss you every single day. Love always, your "lil sis".

I was saddened to hear of Kyle's passing, and my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I am grateful for the time spent with Kyle when we were younger and I hope your faith will help you grieve during this difficult time.

Kyle’s eyes sparkled like his soul! Kyle was as genuine as anyone I know. Just having him around you made the room fill with awesome vibes. I’m going to miss his smile.

Always first person I called if I needed a smile or wanted to do something fun. Can remember years of my life where he would just stop by no invite ever needed. Always a good voice of reason from others prospectives. Had some of the best moments of my life with Kyle. Constantly pick up my phone to text or call him for a laugh and forget he's gone. Was a big personality and smile. My kids called him Uncle Kyle and would go wild when he stopped over. World was a better place with you in it and will miss you everyday Brotha. First person I called when I lost my own dad cause I knew how big his heart was for everyone in his life. Pray I see you again and watch over all of us. Love ya Big Dog

We had the pleasure of Kyle’s company at our 7 fishes Christmas Eve dinner the past two years. He was always a perfect gentleman, with a beautiful smile. We will toast your memory with the Chopin you gave us on Christmas Eve.

Growing up on Key (in the simpler times when you knew it was time to go home when the street lights came on or your parents would call out when it was time for dinner), Kyle was the center of every adventure. You’d hear him outside dribbling his basketball and know that a great day of childhood fun was in store for all who wanted in on the action. He taught me how to play football and its rules and let me be the steady quarterback (because he knew I couldn’t run, but he taught me how to throw a perfect spiral!) because we always had an odd number. Kyle always orchestrated an event that included everyone, even the littles on the block.
Life took us in different directions as adults (away from Key and Elaine), but whenever I saw him he was the same friendly guy with the biggest heart that shone through his eyes and smile. He asked about the extended family. He was always kind. May his memories comfort your family during this difficult time.
