It all began September 1980. On the bus walks a black haired, green eyed boy, army jacket with a boom box playing "My Sharona". Eye contact....Love at first sight. First love for each of us for many years and everlasting friendship throughout adulthood. The irreplaceable moments we shared as teenagers growing up together. The serious moments of endless love. Two hearts intertwined as one, as well as the fun and silly times with so much laughter tears would roll down our faces. School dances, homecoming and prom. Every football game you attended watching me cheer, as well as the every track meet watching me cross the finish line, to the special moment of my number one attendee of my highschool graduation. Moving together. Crystal Lynn our little Smurfette, driving around enjoying life in your Cutlass listening to all our 80's favorites, 4 wheeling through the woods with Stanley's Pugeot over the whoop de doos and throught the mud and pit stop at the car wash before going home! The blue Dodge Challenger convertible slap stick you loved in which we drove by a thousand times, which led to a Saturday 6 hour test drive, top down, radio cranking, us singing to one of our favorites The Fixx, "One Thing Leads To Another", as the dealership was trying to locate us as they were anxious to go home. Fixing the Firebird with a shower curtain hanging around the edge of the hood so the rain wouldn't get in. Us hovering inside the curtain and you asking for specific tools in your silly little kid voice. That car had no heat, but the best sound system in town! You jumping up hanging in the bus window, telling the bus driver in a silly voice to pull on over and let me out as you were running just a little behind in picking me up. She did. You had all of us cracking up with laughter. The Game Room in Lacey, playing endless games of Pac Man, one of our favorites. These are just a handful as there a so many more memories, so many happy times, so much laughter and so much love we shared. As adults, the morning and/or evening texts and/or calls or hanging out here and there with conversations of life, the world, family, advice, your favorite "bucket dippers", and always reminiscing about the old "simple" times. Your heart is golden, your family values premium, the shirt off your back to give to another, the last dollar in your wallet to give to someone in need and always willing to lend a hand to whom ever. You will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart. I will cherish each and every moment we had together and will continue to love you forever to eternity. Thank you for all your unconditional love. Until we meet again. God has an amazing Angel! Love you, Carolyn

Jim,
I have so many memories of you and us. I'm going to keep it short and sweet because I feel like I could write an entire book about our relationship and the ups and downs. The first one is when you were so goofy and we spent that week selling the fireworks. You literally were telling people that are names were Jack and Jill. You laughed and we were having so much fun. I loved that silly side of you. I also remember that you could be serious as well. When I was there spending that month with you, we had some very in depth conversations. I can still visualize the moment you told me that I was the love of your life. I literally cried. We shared so much together and I know that I am one of very few people who REALLY knew you. I truly believe that we will have our "happily ever after" when we meet again. I love you with all my heart and soul!!
Forever,
Linda

Uncle Jimmy will always be remembered for the many things he has taught my son, Daniel (Bubba) Costa. Jimmy had taught him many of his first words such as circle and car (with the hand motions of driving a car.) My son absolutely adored Jimmy and thought he was the funniest guy in the world. Everytime he does something Uncle Jimmy taught him I just smile and remember the good times. He is truly missed. Love, Brittany M.
